RECO

LABCO
Designed for product development, the LABCO has also proven highly effective as a production line for small batches and for fundamental studies in research and development laboratories. Test results and findings from the LABCO can be easily transferred to production lines, thereby ensuring cost-effective and flexible product optimisation.

• Speeds of 0.5 m/min to 100 m/min
The areas of application are diverse, ranging from composite technology, contact and laminating adhesives and organic photovoltaics to printed electronics.
INCO
The coating unit is available in different versions, both as a fixed coating unit (INCO 800) and as a cartridge (INCO 800 A), mainly used to process water-based functional coatings based on acrylates, polyurethanes or silicone emulsions.
Technology Center
Since KROENERT assembles each line individually a wide selection of high-quality, tried-and-tested components are available. These include winders, coating units, drying and UV-curing systems, humidifiers, printing units, laminating units, web tension, web run, automation and digital solutions. To find the best setup and the optimum combination of components the engineers of KROENERT’s Technology Center are a unique support. Equipped with a LABCO and a RECO the Technology Center serves as an add-on to create the best fit of the equipment to the application technology.
Together with our customers and partner, we test and optimise - until we achieve the perfect result. Our experts use the Technology Centre for product development as well as for developing new process engineering.
EPCO
EPCO combines all the important line components of an epoxy resin coating and composite tape line. Resin films and prepregs are produced on this line. In the first process step, a resin film is produced that serves as an intermediate product for impregnating textile substrates. In the following process step this resin film is transferred to the textile fibres (unidirectional or fabrics) to be impregnated. As a rule, one resin film production line is sufficient to meet the capacity for three impregnation machines.
