The side gusseted bag is the optimal packaging for dry products. Currently the machines are already processing mono materials (like MDOPE/PE). B&B offers you several machine models to produce these bags efficiently. If desired, we can use different camera systems to help you produce high-quality bags and thus avoid possible customer complaints as well as automated robot packaging. Optionally, the bags can also be equipped with additional features such as reclosables.

The SFB – WPP is designed for the production of side gusseted woven PP pinch bottom bags. Working from flat film, up to 120 bags per minute can be produced. A wide variety of options can be integrated for different bag features. The top or bottom closure can feature Hot Air Sealing Technology, the use of hot melt, tape or even sewn closures. Optional, both machine types
can be combined with the Top Closure System TCS – WPP for inline Slider closure application.

The all-rounder among lightweight packaging. Standup pouches are used for food as well as for liquids. Its low empty weight and volume offer logistical and environmental advantages. Mono material (like MDOPE/PE) processing is possible. Features such as tear-off notches, reclosable closures or handle punches can be added. With the STBB, B&B offers you the solution to produce stand-up pouches economically. System extensions such as spout inserters or leak testing round off the machine range.
