For more than 20 years, the Austrian COMELT GmbH, former 2WSystem GmbH, has been specializing in mechanical manufacture of extrusion dies. Together with the affiliated company COLLIN Lab & Pilot Solutions, which provides know how in plastics technology for development and design as well as the parent company NGA Next Generation Analytics – responsible for simulations – COMELT offers slot dies at the highest level, 100% made in Austria.
The range of products includes mono, coex and multi-manifold slot dies as well as feed blocks, sheet dies, spinnerets and blown film dies. Moreover, our customer can select numerous features and options, as for example restrictor bars, deckling, auto die system for thermal bolts and much more.

Products & Services
The range of COMELT products includes mono, coex and multi-manifold slot dies as well as feed blocks, sheet dies, spinnerets and blown film dies. Moreover, our customer can select numerous features and options, as for example restrictor bars, deckling, auto die system for thermal bolts and much more.COMELT slot dies for the production of films and sheets cover a wide range of applications and are available from 50 mm to 3,000 mm. Depending on the requirement, the dies are made of standard or chrome steel. If desired, COMELT offers different coatings such as chrome, chromium nitride and others on request.
