GOEBEL IMS offers to the market a new comprehensive primary portfolio of slitting and rewinding solutions that work fully electric, combining high performance and top quality with groundbreaking technology. Materials like BOPP, BOPE, BOPET, BOPA, CPP, optical films, capacitor films and many others can be efficiently processed, with working width up to 12000 mm and high slitting speed. GOEBEL IMS portfolio provides multiple solutions for different applications depending on material, working width and additional technical functions.

eXTRASLIT

The new eXTRASLIT slitter rewinder works fully electrical, without any hydraulic functions. lt is designed for a working width of up to 3800 mm, allows narrow cuts from 270 mm and the converting of material thicknesses between 2 and 400 µm. The speed of 1200 m/min ensures the highly efficient, cost-effective production of finished rolls weighing up to 5000 kg. Thanks to the modular machine concept, it can be configured according to the specific customer’s requirements.

eMONOSLIT

The eMONOSLIT and eMONOSLIT GIANT machines are designed for a working width of up to 12000 mm. They allow narrow cuts from 270 mm and the conversion of material thicknesses between 0,5 μm – 500 μm. Their exceptional working width and their rewind quality at speeds of up to 1500 m / min are unique in the world.

eINTERSLIT

The eINTERSLIT slitter rewinder is designed for processing a wide range of materials, especially standard packaging films from 4500 mm up to 7500 mm. Thanks to the modular concept, starting from the basic model the machine allows upgrades with an array of technical features. Options as an automatic loading device or a camera system monitoring the knife position can be added, for example.
