Products & Services
We offer high-performance systems with web widths of up to 3,300 mm, coating thicknesses of more than 1 mm to a minimum of 100 nanometres and processing speeds of up to 2,000 m/min. We finish paper, foils (aluminium, copper, etc.) and films (PE, PP, PET, etc.) as well as their composites, regardless of whether the coating compounds are applied in aqueous, solvent-based or 100% solid-state form (chemically or radiation crosslinked). As coating compounds we process lacquers, adhesives, silicones, PVdC, waxes, resins, paraffins, hot melts, acrylates (also UV-curing) and polyurethanes, primers, polymers and pigments.RECO
• Solvent-, water-based and polymeric coating compounds
• Thermally drying or radiation
• Anilox and smooth rollers, comma blades, dies/curtain coaters, Meyer doctor bars
• One- or double-sided coating and various special forms
• Working widths from 500 mm to 3,300 mm
• Production speeds up to well over 1,000 m/min
LABCO
• Working widths of 500 mm
• Speeds of 0.5 m/min to 100 m/min
The areas of application are diverse, ranging from composite technology, contact and laminating adhesives and organic photovoltaics to printed electronics.
INCO
The coating unit is available in different versions, both as a fixed coating unit (INCO 800) and as a cartridge (INCO 800 A), mainly used to process water-based functional coatings based on acrylates, polyurethanes or silicone emulsions.
