Products & ServicesExtruCore®:
Efficient melt pumps for extrusion and pressure boosting of medium to high viscosity media. Gear pumps of the Serie ExtruCore® series guarantee gentle and low pulsation pumping for best results.
Chemical pumps for transferring and metering low-to medium viscous media. The application area ranges from conventional transfer and metering tasks in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to pumping monomers, oligomers and prepolymers in the production of polymers.
Reliable and robust polymer discharge pumps of the PolyCore® AT series are especially needed in the polymerisation process for emptying reactors and containers.
High pressure pumps BoosterCore® AT for reliable pressure build-up in the polymerisation process. This hydraulically heated booster pump conveys pre-polymers and polymers, e.g. PET, PBT, PS, ABS and many more, very gently.
Optionally, we equip the ExtruCore® melt pump series with our proven herringbone gearing. Demanding melts are conveyed particularly gently. The pressure build-up by an extrusion pump is much more efficient than by the extruder.
This effectively increases the quality of the end product and significantly reduces the reject rate.
