The Openair-Plasma^® solutions for surface cleaning and activation, can be used as stand-alone systems or they can be integrated inline into existing manufacturing lines. The main system components of an Openair-Plasma^® system are the plasma jet, the process control unit (PCU) and the plasma generator.

 By leveraging our S-generator series in combination with our PCU technology, operators can fully utilize the complete range of process control and preventive maintenance options, such as Plasma Power Measurement (PPM), to ensure consistently high process quality, stability, and reproducibility.
