One of our core areas of expertise is the production of masterbatches for the film industry. Our products optimize the properties of films for packaging, agricultural, and technical applications. From Antiblock and Slip Agents to UV-Stabilizers and Slip-Antiblock Masterbatches, we offer solutions that improve processability and enhance product durability.

Our state-of-the-art pilot plant with expanded film extrusion capabilities, is up and ready for you. The facility features a versatile 5-layer cast line and a 3-layer blown line, both of which are available to rent for your development projects.
An innovative extruder design allows for easy and efficient conversion, maximizing your testing time.
To fully support your R&D needs, our pilot plant is also equipped with advanced analytical tools, including microscopy, mechanical testing, IR/FTIR, and a fire chamber for B2 testing. This provides a comprehensive environment to test, innovate, and perfect your materials.
